Notes	Sous Chefs required for quality Bar & Restaurant - one existing business in Worcester and one new opening in Birmingham - Sept 2010 With one very successful Bar/ Restaurant to their name already they now plan to open a second in September 2010. Everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Modern British menu, of which you will have full input on the daily specials.This group are serious about what they do but like to do it in a relaxed environment. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous or Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene.
