Notes	This small, but successful Hotel are currently looking for a Sous Chef for their site 10 miles North of Oxford They are an independently owned property where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises to 1AA rosette standard using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern British menu, of which you will have full input. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction or a strong Junior Sous Chef looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
