Notes	Sous Chef required for a well known and very successful Midlands Group With several sites in their portfolio and all in stunning locations, the popularity and success they have had to date is outstanding The food offering is Modern European using all fresh produce. You will have full input on the seasonal menu plus presentation of dishes. This is a very exciting time to join a great group who are looking for Head Chefs of the future To be successful you will Be either an established Junior Sous / Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience looking for a fresh challenge in their career within a great group.
