Notes	Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef required for quality Bar & Restaurant With two very successful Bar/ Restaurants to their name already and with a third due to open in 2010 this is a great time to join the exciting new company. Everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Modern British menu, of which you will have full input of the daily specials.This group are serious about what they do but like to do it in a relaxed environment. This is a Senior Sous Chef position initially but will soon become a Head Chef role for the right candidate To be successful you will Be either an established Sous or Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene.
