Notes	Junior Sous & Sous Chef required for an established 4 Star / 1AA rosette Hotel The food offering is Classic/Modern French using all fresh produce and locally sourced wherever possible. Working in a brigade of 8 you will cater for up to 90 covers in the restaurant and up to 80 for weddings/functions etcYou will be responsible for creating new and exciting dishes, training and motivating your team plus all other Sous Chef duties. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge in a stunning property or an experienced Junior Sous who is looking for the next step Must have experience in a 1 or 2AA rosette environment and be able / confident in achieving this standard as a minimum Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude Be a good communicator and leader You will have a keen eye for detail You will also be strong on training, ensuring all current standards are met In return you will be offered A basic salary of up to £21,000 plus Grats Excellent Company benefits Full training and support If you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more please contact Ben Hemmings on 01827 55130 or alternatively please send a copy of your up to date CV and covering letter to ben@kitchen-connections.co.uk
