Notes	Head Chef required to achieve AA rosette status Berkshire – commutable from Swindon, Basingstoke, Reading, SouthamptonThey are a small collection of fabulous, individual establishments with rooms where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern European menu, of which you will have full input. The aim of the establishment is to achieve 1AA rosette status immediately and then work towards a second. You will be required to develop and build a new team capable of achieving this.To be successful you will· Be either an established Sous Chef, Senior Sous or Head Chef looking for career progression or fresh challenge · Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude · Have fresh produce experience · Good Gastro / Restaurant / Hotel experience is essential · Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1AA rosette as a minimum· Be a good communicator and leader as you will be working within brigades of 6+ In return you will be offered · An attractive basic salary of between £28 - 32,000 depending on level and experience · Tips (uncapped) · Excellent career / promotional prospects · Great working atmosphere· Accommodation if requiredIf you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more please contact Ben Hemmings on 01827 55130 or alternatively please send a copy of your up to date CV and covering letter to ben@kitchen-connections.co.uk
