Notes	Sous Chef required for a well known and very successful Gastro Group The food offering is Modern European using 95% fresh produce, with the core of the menu being branded, however you will still have full input on specials and presentation of dishes and should your ideas be strong enough they will almost certainly find themselves on the main menu. This is a very exciting time to join a great group who are looking for Head Chefs of the future. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
