Notes Sous Chef required for a well known and very successful 1AA rosette standard Restaurant just off the M4 Junc 5 / M25  Junc 14 near Heathrow.On Offer is:•A basic salary of £18000•Plus tips•Accommodation if required•Great working conditions and environment with the freedom to design your own menus

The food offering is Classic / Modern British using all fresh produce and locally sourced where possible. As Sous Chef you will demonstrate you have been classically trained and are enthusiastic about a contemporary menu using all the classic methods and recipes for its production.As a Sous Chef you will work within a brigade of 4, catering for up to 60 covers restaurant and up to 70 covers banqueting (for functions and weddings)You will have full input in new and exciting dishes whilst making the most of the seasons and current trends. The company is positive about regional dishes and old favourites making use of economical joints to deliver fine simple food and exceptional comfort dishes. Presentation and flavour must be of Rosette standard and not compromised to achieve the financial budgets.
