Notes	This high quality Boutique Hotel are currently looking for a Sous Chef for their site in Dorset. They are an independently owned property where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises to 1AA rosette standard, using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern British menu, of which you will have full input. Head Chef is ex Marco Pierre White, hence standards and food quality are high. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a quality establishment or a strong Junior Sous Chef looking for the step up into a more managerial role. Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude Have fresh produce experience Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1AA rosette Be a good communicator and leader In return you will be offered A basic salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience Tips of up to £200 pcm Great training from a top chef Live in accommodation A great working and living environment If you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more please contact Ben Hemmings on 01827 55130 or alternatively please send a copy of your up to date CV and covering letter to ben@kitchen-connections.co.uk
