Notes	A strong Sous Chef is required for an independently owned Gastro Pub near Lichfield, Staffordshire. A small but successful Gastro Pub where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern European menu, of which you will have full input. To be successful you will Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
