Notes	This successful Gastro Group are currently looking for a Head Chef for their site between Redditch and Stratford upon Avon They are a collection of stunning Gastro Pubs serving a freshly prepared Classic / Modern European menu. This is a branded menu but as Chef you will be required to create new and exciting daily specials This is a very exciting time to join this group who are actively looking for Head Chefs of the future To be successful you will Be either an established Head or Senior Sous Chef looking for your first Head role within the casual dining scene Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude Have fresh produce and high volume experience Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential Be a good communicator and leader In return you will be offered An attractive basic salary of £23,000 – 27,000 plus bonus Excellent career / promotional prospects If you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more please contact Ben Hemmings on 01827 55130 or alternatively please send a copy of your up to date CV and covering letter to ben@kitchen-connections.co.uk
